by hiring/commissioning me you agree to the following temrs :
1. General
1.1 COPYRIGHT / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any work i make of any media in any shape or form is instantly copyrighted as i own all rights to anything i have made including but not limited to using it in portfolio, posting it on my social media and using it for advertisement. Do not claim you have made the order, you MUST credit me for my work.1.2 USAGE RIGHTS
Customer may use commissioned work for monetized content such as social media posts, streaming, videos, promotion but must not use it for commerical things such as products (ex. keychains) unless i am paid +100% of original price. If you wish to resell reach out to me beforehand.1.3 PAYMENT
All payment must be paid thru PayPal/Ko-fi, unless discussed beforehand and must be paid in USD. You must pay the whole price beforehand, if the price is over 600$ payment can be done 50% upfront and 50% midway. You must pay in Goods & Services.1.4 REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
I do not do refunds or cancellations of orders once the order is placed, unless its something i cannot finish, or do because of personal reasons and issues. Please make sure you're 100% sure when youre commissioning/hiring me. Do NOT chargeback.1.5 REVISIONS
I do not do major revisions such as changing character or full concept once the sketch is finalized, i dont do any major revisions once lineart + flats are done. i can do 4 small revisions if needed or adjust pose if its still sketch phase, if i forget a detail such as a hairclip or an accessory on finalized work i will add it if pointed out. Additional revisions cost extra money.1.6 TAT / TURN AROUND TIME
My turn around time varies depending on service and it may be between 1 month or less on smaller things up to a year for more major things such as VTuber models. If you have a specific deadline and its too short for me i may decline your request or offer a rush fee thats +100% of original price.1.7 DOS / DON'TS
do : any body type, any gender, any species including mecha or furry, simple and complex designs.
DONT : NSFW, derogatory/discriminatory content and/or designs, unclear and/or AI references, illegal content

Breaking my Terms of Service will get you blacklisted from commissioning me in the future. Depending on severity i can go public about it for awarness for example if you chargeback or if TOS is repeatedly broken.1.9 COMMUNICATION / DELIVERY
All communication must be done thru discord as thats the easiest and fastest way to reach to me and get/send out updates. Final file will be either delivered thru discord DMS and/or a google drive.
